LASER MARKING
A laser ray impresses the object with a mark or specific progressive number codes.
Laser technology is amazing to imprint on plastic and metal, in an extremely detailed way. Even for incredibly tiny graphics.
SCREEN PRINTING
Ink passes on the objects surface through a micro-perforated film.
Only a little part of pigment pass through and deposits on the product, following the mask geometry.
Metal, Plastic, Glass, Paper, Wood, Ceramic, etc.
No limits for usable materials, with this incredible screen printing technology.
PAD PRINTING
A soft rubber pad takes the ink from a flat plate. Then directly stamps the specific graphic on the object surface.
Extremely Versatile for materials and geometry of the products.
DIGITAL PRINTING
A digital printer has moving needles who spread the ink on the product surface (only in specific points). Digital Printing allows to print basically any kind of graphics and images, with no color limits. You can even apply effects such as gradients and glossy.
Any kind of object / material, with flat surfaces.
HOT FOIL STAMPING
This process transfer pigment from a colored film to the product surface. That’s possible due to the combinate use of heat and pressure. Hot foil stamping process is possible on every flat surface.
Very versatile for object geometry and material.
WELDING AND ASSEMBLY
We specialize in mechanical, electromechanical, electronic assembly.
We work with ultrasonic welding machines, pneumatic presses, electric screwers and other customized equipment, specifically made to manage very particular orders.
